THE JERUSALEM NUTRITIONIST

As a functional nutritionist , I believe that abundant health is cultivated from developing a deep connection with your body and mind. Learning to listen to your body and participating in a daily practice of nourishment and repair are essential for optimal health.

01. First Appointment: The Deep Dive

Our first meeting is a deep dive into your health.

Before we meet, you’ll fill out a 10-minute questionnaire and submit your bloodwork for me to review. During this appointment, I’ll connect all the dots—your symptoms, your lifestyle, and how your mind works.

By the end of this session, I’ll be able to define precisely what you’re dealing with and outline my professional recommendations.


02. Your Personalized Evaluation


I’ll create a personalized wellness plan just for you, which includes:

  • A nutrition plan

  • Example menu

  • Specific recipes

  • A supplement and herbal plan

03. Second Appointment: The Wellness Plan

This is where I hand over your plan and we’ll review it together.
We’ll cover:

      • The science behind your plan

      • Why we’re choosing this approach vs. others

      • Your timeline and realistic expectations

      • Clear instructions on how to implement your plan



04. After Our Second Appointment


Between the second and third appointments, we’ll have two scheduled phone calls to ensure you’re set up for success. These calls are designed to give you accountability, guidance, and the resources you need to stay on track.

 

05. Third Appointment: Progress + Maintenance

 

In our final appointment, we’ll celebrate the progress you’ve made and review the changes you’re noticing in your body and energy. This appointment takes place 2-4 weeks after the second, depending on your specific needs. 

We’ll also talk about your next best steps. Whether you’ve already hit your goal or are getting closer, we’ll map out the plan moving forward and discuss how long we expect it to take.
